Programs Offered
Infant/Toddler Curriculum Our infant and toddler curriculum is designed to meet the individual
needs of each child. Infants and toddlers are always learning so it is
critical that the teachers make the most out of daily routines and provide
a stimulating learning environment. Some of the most critical times for
learning takes place during daily routines, such as eating, diapering,
dressing, etc….
Our preschool curriculum includes both child-initiated and teacher directed
activities. Our curriculum is set up to allow teachers to observe and
build upon the children’s interest. All learning activities are
adaptable to be responsive to children with varying ability levels. Our
curriculum recognizes children’s individuality and encourages them
to learn, grow, and build confidence. Curriculum for Two Year Old Classroom Scholastics Building Language for Literacy- Awareness and Exploration This curriculum is the first in a phase of 2 that helps students succeed in the early stages of literacy development. This unit includes exploration of the following areas: HOME Students are introduced to 3 individual language-loving characters that take them successfully through this exciting program. Nina the Naming Newt encourages using language expressively and functionally. Reggie the Rhyming Rhino develops awareness of patterns and differences among sounds. Leo the Letter Loving Lobster helps students acquire the beginning knowledge of letters recognition. Through working in this wonderful curriculum, students will be able to successfully accomplish the following skills:
Curriculum for Three Year Old Classroom Scholastics Building Language for Literacy-Awareness and Exploration – Phase II
This curriculum is a continuance of Phase I which children are introduced to in the Two Year Old Classroom. Phase II continues to build a solid foundation in language and literacy. This unit provides real-world connections for children by exploring these places: SUPERMARKET The same framework, teacher support and language-loving characters found in Phase I with new places for children to explore, ensures successful life-long literacy learners. Through involvement in this exciting and interactive curriculum, you can expect your children to successfully accomplish the following skills:
